IT, Resource and Facilities

Our team is comprised of two dedicated employees that coordinates and oversees the operation and maintenance of all properties, equipment, and agency vehicles. Their responsibilities span across managing security systems, telecommunications, printers, and furniture, as well as ensuring the timely upkeep and repair of all assets.

These employees take a proactive approach to maintenance, creating and implementing schedules for preventative care and repairs. They also coordinate specialized services such as janitorial work, snow removal, landscaping, and safety inspections to uphold high standards across all facilities.

In addition to hands-on maintenance, the resources and facilities team is responsible for inventory management and cost efficiency. They maintain comprehensive records of all agency-owned property, including furniture, office equipment, and fleet vehicles and administer contracts with external service providers and suppliers.

Their work includes assessing damages, organizing timely repairs, evaluating vendor performance, and negotiating costs to achieve optimal value for the agency. The team works collaboratively with community leadership, staff, and contractors, ensuring all operational needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Their contributions are essential to the agency's smooth operations and long-term sustainability.
